Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending compliance.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on 75ph at any time. Creating, operating, or participating in multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or household members — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 75ph reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonus balances, and withhold accumulated winnings.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 75ph login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 75ph will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 75ph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
All 75ph accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱ / PHP). All deposits, wagering, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP.
75ph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and major Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods. Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited instantly. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 75ph content without prior written consent from 75ph. Unauthorised use of 75ph intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 75ph's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your 75ph account at the time the claim arises.
75ph shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings; (b) loss of data; (c) indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; (d) interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, force majeure, or circumstances beyond 75ph's reasonable control; or (e) losses arising from your own failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Upon termination of an account for cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the account holder following completion of any outstanding investigation, subject to applicable anti-money laundering checks.
You may close your 75ph account at any time by contacting support. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their respective outcomes. Remaining balances will be disbursed to your verified payment method.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 75ph platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting 75ph support and allowing a period of thirty (30) calendar days for resolution. 75ph will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within ten (10) business days.
75ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where changes are required on shorter notice to comply with applicable law or PAGCOR regulatory direction.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the 75ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
