• Active account data: Retained for the duration of your account relationship with 75ph, and for a period of five (5) years after account closure, as required by PAGCOR record-keeping obligations and Philippine tax law.
• KYC and identity documents: Retained for five (5) years from the date of account closure, in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act requirements applicable to covered persons in the Philippine gaming sector.
• Transaction records: Retained for ten (10) years from the date of the transaction, in compliance with AMLC record retention requirements.
• Support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the communication.
• Marketing consent records: Retained until you withdraw consent, plus one (1) year for audit trail purposes.

At the expiry of applicable retention periods, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with 75ph's data deletion procedures.

If 75ph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual below the minimum age, such data will be deleted and the associated account closed immediately.

12. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before the effective date of the change, except where shorter notice is required by law.

The effective date of the current version of this Privacy Policy is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the 75ph platform following any amendment constitutes your acknowledgement of the updated Policy.
